Alexander D. Goodsell, MD
Alexander D. Goodsell, MD, graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He also completed his pediatric residency there in 2019. Dr. Goodsell is a native of Kentucky, originally from LaRue County. He moved to Alabama and spent 4 years at Birmingham-Southern College where he was a collegiate baseball player.
He has a wonderful wife, Dr. Laura Goodsell, who practices internal medicine and is a native Lexingtonian. They have one son, Nolan, who is an amazing and very active toddler. They will also be welcoming a new child this summer and cannot wait to become a family of four! In his spare time, Dr. Goodsell enjoys reading, grilling, cooking, disc golf and board games with his friends and family.
